This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to all information collected through your communications with us, whether electronic, written, or oral; information collected through the bccrf.org website or any other of our websites or applications that reference this Policy, information collected through any related products and services, and any other information about you that we may collect offline or receive from third parties (collectively, “Website” and “Services”).

Any of the information we collect from you may be used for the following purposes related to the Breast Cancer Care and Resource Fund:
- Send newsletters and other content or materials about our nonprofit activities

- Acknowledge donations we receive, including acknowledgments to the donor and to third persons (or others designated by the donor) in whose honor or memory donations have been made
- Organize or participate in events and other activities

EMAIL MARKETING
We offer electronic newsletters to which you may voluntarily subscribe at any time. We are committed to keeping your email address confidential and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as in the information, use and processing section or for the purposes of utilizing a third party provider to send such emails. We will maintain the information sent via email in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from us will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or solicitation emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us.
